Job Description of Managing Director:

*   To guide the business into the future with planned and growth ensuring that all stated objective, aims and target met lead to the overall company goal
*  The keeping and presentation of fair company records
*  Briefing staff of all the relevant aspects related to the company
* Monthly meetings with key staff
         *Taking the ultimate responsibility of staff health, safety, and welfare


Job Description for Relationship Manager:


* Communicating with the customers would be a large part of day to day work, either on the phone or on the internet.
*Setting up meeting with them and hearing their problems and tell them about the benefits that their companies can get through our services.
*My responsibility is to evaluate the project objectives and then prioritize them.
    *Responsibility to create relationship between the external  parties (customers) and the firm’s internal teams so that they collaborate to together and work together
JOB DESCRIPTION OF OPERATION MANAGER:
*  Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
* Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
*  Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
*  Development of individual program budgets
* Invoicing to funding sources, including calculation of completed units of service.
* Payroll management, including tabulation of accrued employee benefits.
*   Disbursement of checks for agency expenses.
*   Organization of fiscal documents.
* Regular meetings with Executive Director around fiscal planning.
*  Supervise and coach office manager on a weekly basis. 
 JOB DESCRIPTION Of IT Executive:
*  Direct the development, implementation and administration of all IT.
*  Perform Project management of IT initiatives.
*  Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services.
* Manage multiple areas of technology and multiple departments.
* Oversee hiring, staffing, training, disciplining and performance appraisals.
*  Preparation and management of operating and capital budgets.
* Oversee new system facilitation, current system enhancements
* Manage internal/external application upgrades.
* Define and improve all system and network operations processes.
* Negotiate contracts with manufacturers for all software, hardware and consulting services.
* Create strategic goals and convert to easily implemented plans.
* Manage external vendor’s relationships and services.
